I started as a cashier and over the years, I have progressed in my career. Today I am a store manager leading a team of 16 staff. I am accountable for the entire stores operations which includes its sales and profitability. I was given many opportunities to participate in various company projects. These platform allows me to harness both my technical and leadership skills. The company is also focus on staff development. I had just completed 2 leadership training programmes conducted by Temasek Polytechnic.
